Terms of Service

1. The service

Founder Brand OS helps you plan and draft LinkedIn content, keep a daily routine and track people you want to connect with. AI suggestions are drafts: you review, edit and publish them yourself. The service is free during the beta and may change or end.

2. Your LinkedIn account and LinkedIn's terms

• You are responsible for complying with the LinkedIn User Agreement and any other rules that apply to your LinkedIn account.
• The optional Auto-Connect feature sends connection requests through your connected account. Automated activity is not permitted by the LinkedIn User Agreement and can lead to restrictions or a permanent ban of your LinkedIn account. You use it at your own risk.
• Posts, likes and comments are always performed by you. We do not publish on your behalf.
• Your LinkedIn session is held by our provider Unipile. We never receive your LinkedIn password.

3. Your data and your prospects

• You are responsible for the prospect data you add, including having a lawful basis to process it and honouring requests from the people concerned.
• Only add information you are allowed to use. Do not upload sensitive personal data.
• You can export or delete your data, or delete your whole account, at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, harassment, misleading claims or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put the platform at risk. Usage limits (for example a daily number of AI requests) apply to keep the service available for everyone.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong; check facts before you publish. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, including restrictions placed on your LinkedIn account.
