Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-14
Draft for legal review. This placeholder text is not yet reviewed by a lawyer and may change before general availability.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, a hashed password, timezone and settings.
- Your workspace: brand profile, ideas, drafts, prospects you added, notes, engagement tasks and activity history.
- For a connected LinkedIn account: the Unipile account identifier, its status and your display name. Never your LinkedIn password.
- Security logs (for example sign-in attempts, with IP addresses stored as one-way hashes).
Who processes it
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers and database.
- An AI provider, which receives the text needed to generate a draft or a score. Only facts you marked as verified are sent as facts.
- Unipile, which holds your LinkedIn session, runs your saved LinkedIn searches when you use Auto-Research and sends connection requests when you use Auto-Connect.
- An email provider, if email is enabled, to send verification and password reset emails.
What we do not do
- We do not read your LinkedIn messages or feed. LinkedIn is searched only with the searches you save and turn on in Auto-Research.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can export your data, delete prospects, drafts or activity, disconnect LinkedIn, or delete your account with all its data in Settings. Deleting the account also removes the LinkedIn connection at Unipile.
